Q  What are Metro Meeting Centers?
A  Metro Meeting Centers are professionally designed and operated meeting facilities which combine well-designed, comfortably furnished windowed meeting rooms, complete with built-in technology (data projector, amplification, etc.), a dining room, refreshment break areas, and a large teambuilding room. We are referred to as a "day meeting center" since we do not offer guestrooms within our property. We have located our Centers, however, close to high quality hotels.

Q  Can you explain the Metro Meeting Package?
A The Metro Meeting Package is an all-inclusive, single rate that combines all the elements typically required for a meeting. This rate includes use of a windowed meeting room, morning refreshment break, afternoon refreshment break, and comprehensive A/V equipment and presentation supplies at no extra charge (which includes LCD projector, DVD player, CD player, VCR, wireless Internet access, and flip charts with easels).

We typically cost 10 to 20 percent less than hotels and developed this pricing package because our customers told us it was a simpler and less expensive method to charge. We agree.

Q  What makes a Metro Meeting Center contract different from a standard hotel contract?
A  At Metro Meeting Centers, our contracts are simple to understand and quick to read. We have eliminated a la carte pricing, per-use billing, and meeting minimums, which means that you have a reliable complete meeting cost up front.  Guaranteed.

Unlike hotels, we are also flexible with meeting cancellations and attrition. If your group cancels, you simply need to hold a meeting of equal or greater value within 60 days of the cancellation. We’ll even apply your deposit to your re-booked event. Regarding attrition, you can reduce your group by as much as 10% up to 48 hours prior to your meeting.

Q  Can I pay my invoice by credit card?
A  Yes. Our concise invoices can easily be paid by credit card.

Q  Is there tipping at Metro Meeting Centers?
A  No. Our team members are well compensated and we prefer that tips not be offered.

Q  Is it true that Metro Meeting Centers include an LCD projector at no additional charge?
A  Yes. An LCD projector is always included in the package rate at Metro Meeting Centers. In fact, there is no need to bring your own, since ours are built-in and of excellent quality. Click here to see what else is included.

Q  Is it true that community groups can meet at no charge at Metro Meeting Centers?
A  On a monthly basis, we provide complimentary meeting space to a limited number of bona fide community groups on a space available basis. The group must have a registration as a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization.
